Pressure Cooker Mac And Cheese

Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni
4 Tbsps. butter
4 cups water
2 tsps. dry ground mustard
Salt and pepper
1 cup evaporated milk
8 oz. sharp cheddar
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Add the macaroni, butter, water, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste into pressure cooker. Set on high for 4 minutes. If the noodles aren’t done after that, allow to cook for another 2 minutes on the sauté setting.

Pour in the evaporated milk and cheeses, and mix until creamy.
