Brown Butter Chicken

 This brown butter chicken will go great with just about anything. Try it with some creamy mashed potatoes, some corn, some green beans and you have a meal fit for a king!

Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breats
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh sage leaves
  • 2 Tbsps. butter

Instructions:
  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Melt your butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until brown and fragrant, then add the chicken in a single layer and sprinkle sage on top.
  2. Let the meat cook for 2 1/2 minutes, then stir and make sure all sides are coated with butter and cook for another 2 1/2 minutes.
