Try a tasty new twist with orange marmalade and mustard.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons mustard seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Steps:
- 1Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- 2Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread on salmon during last 5 minutes of broiling.
